INSTRUCTIONS

To apply for the Business PACE Program, complete the fields in the form below. When you are finished entering your information, press the CHECK FORM button at the bottom of the form. As you complete the form, please take note of the following points: Admission to this program will be based on the information you have provided here, with special attention given to your status regarding G.E. Certification, the completion of all lower division Accounting, Economics, Business Law, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Communications and Computer Science core courses (available at feeder community colleges or at CSUN), and your grade point average. Students must be admitted into the University to be eligible for the PACE Program. Only students who already have an official 9-digit CSUN student ID number are eligible to apply for admission to the Business PACE Program. These ID numbers are issued during the process of applying for admission to the University. Fields having an asterisk (*) to their left are required. Each student may only submit one application per year to PACE. If you have any questions, please consult your Business PACE brochure, or go to our website at www.csun.edu/buspace
